""TO FIX THIS""
you need firmware

ReyeeOS2.262.0.2301_AP_3.0_1_B11P262,Release_10230121

you need manually update it..
then uncheck the retain configuration

Ruijie Cloud
I encounter Ruijie Cloud will detect newest firmware as not latest if upgrade manually
In my case I have 2xAP820v2 with different hardware version
I should choose latest firmware recognized by Ruijie Cloud otherwise it will complaint
This happen in AP820Lv2 hardware version 1.11
?
1. Should I RMA that old hardware version and change to the same hardware version
tq

Ruijie Cloud
I encounter Ruijie Cloud will detect newest firmware as not latest if upgrade manuall ...

ask it at RITA
i'm using rap2200 E and other rap product.. but yours's deferent product i cannot help you about that.. sorry

but base your problem try it manually and update it via LAN.. when you got latest version in your AP then it's good..

if cloud say not updated yet or update new version... just ignore it because cloud always late..
in my experiences
"TIPS"
always manual update and always download the firmware..
so that encase you got problem you can roll back..
