XS-S1960-10GT2SFP-P-H not support VSU
XS-S1960-24GT4SFP-UP-H , XS-S1960-24GT4SFP-, XS-S1960-48GT4SFP-H only support use sfp as vsl link
besides, only the last 2 sfp port of XS-S1960-48GT4SFP-H can be used as vsl port.
