Check whether the main router and secondary router support mesh function or not. This information can be check on the comparison of official product page or the product datasheet.

2. When you configure mesh, the main router should complete the initial configuration but the secondary router should in factory configuration. If the secondary router has finished the initial configuration, please reset it on the web or press the reset button with more than 5s.

3. Please closer the main router and secondary router. It’s recommended to put them with1-2m so as to maker the signal strength is about -70 dbm. You also can test signal strength by Wi-Fi MoHo by your phone.
If the signal strength is normal, please check whether the mesh function has enabled or not. (The function is enabled by default.)
5. After reset the secondary router, please press the mesh button of main router andsecondary router.

6. After reset the secondary router, please try do wireless mesh by connecting WAN port of secondary router with LAN port of main router. After the wireless mesh succeed (that is you can see the secondary router in the repeater list of main router),disconnect the WAN port of secondary router, then the wired mesh will switch towireless mesh automatically.
Note: please do not use the following radar channels when you set 5G channel of main router: 52, 56, 60, 64, 100, 104, 108,112, 116, 120, 124, 128, 132, 136, 140, 144. If the 5G channel of the main router is a radar channel, due to the silent mechanism of the radar channel, thewireless Mesh connection of the secondary router will need to wait for sometime to be restored
