Ruijie(config)#int g0/1.1

Ruijie(config-subif-GigabitEthernet 0/1.1)#encapsulation dot1Q 20

This is an example, you could change the parameter as your plan.

I‘m sorry that we can't provide a specific solution for you based on current information.
Can you help to check the follows aspects：
1. Check if you can get ip address or you can get ip address but cannot get internet. If you cannot get ip address, please check if you have configured dhcp settings on the server and then if you have created and allow these vlan on the rest devices, like switches and APs.
2. If you can get ip address but cannot get internet, please check if you have created and allow these vlan on the rest devices, like switches and APs.
