4. Troubleshooting Steps
(1) Check if the device or version supports Voucher or Account speed limit.
The RG-EG105GW does not support Cloud Portal Account or Voucher rate limit. If your device is RG-EG105GW, you can use flow control function to limit the speed of portal users. As for other devices, please upgrade to the latest version recommended by Ruijie Cloud.

(2) Check if the the speed of user has been limited.


If no, the account or voucher may bind an incorrect user group. Please kick the user offline and create a new voucher or account for this user.

or modify the current Voucher or Account to bind to the correct user group.
(3) Check that the speed limit configuration is synchronized to the Reyee EG.
Network anomaly of Reyee EG and Ruijie Cloud may cause the configurations fail to synchronize to Ruijie Cloud. Another cause for the configuration fails to synchronize to Ruijie Cloud is that we change the user groups of the user in use directly. lf we directly change the user group ofVoucher or Account in use, you need to kick the user offline and let him/herreconnect for authentication before you can resynchronize the user to thecorrect local user group.

(4) Check if there are other speedlimit policies configured for the relevant users.
Reyee EG's current flow control configuration conflicts with the Cloud rate limit configuration.

If so, please delete the user's current conflicting flow control configuration.
