How to do license Migration or change?

If the device bound to the license is incorrect or the device with the license activated is faulty and needs to bereplaced, the license needs to be changed or migrated. In this case, thecustomer needs to send an email to the Ruijie technical support mailbox: service_rj@ruijienetworks.com or go to Rita Live chatfor support:

The email should contain, but is not limited to, the following information:
Initiator Company: Channel A
Initiator Name: Tom
Initiator Contact Number: 400-11111111
Onsite Company: Company B
Bound Device SN: G1111111
Used License Code: XXXXXX
(Optional) New Device SN: G2222222
License Unbinding Reason: (example:device replacement, activation due to miss operation)
License Photos: (photos with thedevice SN and license code):
After the email is sent to Ruijie technical support and the license is successfullyunbound, the customer can bind the original license code to a new device SN andgenerate a license file for activation on the new device.
