How to unbind license from dead AC-controller ?

Dear Experts.

We are new in licensing of Wireless Controllers (AC), and going to purchase several WS6512 chassis. Could you, please, explain the situations how to unbind and move licenses from dead AC to a new (spare) AC, i.e. when it is not possible to execute any commands on the controller because it is not working completelly:

1. in Virtual-AC scenario, one of the AC is dead, and we need to move licenses (for example, RG-LIC-WS-128)
to a new (spare) controller with default 128 licenses only (means the Virtual-AC has 128 default on the first AC + 128 default on the second AC + 128 additional by RG-LIC-WS-128 package on second AC = 384 in sum)
?

2. the same situation in case of death the standalone AC with installed RG-LIC-WS-128 additional licenses (means the summary quantity is 128 default + 128 additional = 256)?

Am I right in my calculation in both (standalone and VAC) scenarios?

Thank you in advance.

Alexey
