Hi sir,

May you share the issue screenshot when you upgrade application library ?  Also we recommend you contact us via RITA, then we can help you to upgrade it.

Hi sir,

What's the EG105G V3's firmware version? If so, please upgrade to latest one.
Also may I know what's the local dns on EG105g v3? Please configrue it as 8.8.8.8 then try upgrade application library.

already configure dns 8.8.8.8 and upgrade firmware- i still cant upgrade application library , I'm trying to update because website filtering isn't working.
