Specifically, some of our devices are running [strong]ReyeeOS version 1.219.2001[/strong], and according to the Ruijie Cloud management platform, this version is indicated as the latest available. However, we have noticed that several other devices within our network have already been updated to [strong]ReyeeOS version 1.313.2406[/strong], which appears to be a newer release. At the moment, we are unable to upgrade the devices running ReyeeOS [strong]1.219.2001[/strong] to ReyeeOS [strong]1.313.2406[/strong], as no update option is available in the Ruijie Cloud interface. Could you please clarify:

Hi sir, Yes, it's known issue. Due to the fact that many old versions of EW (before B11P308) have enabled online automatic upgrade function we found last year, the device lost power during the upgrade process after the cloud push version, resulting in the loss of the main bin. Therefore, the internal decision has been made to suspend the push of new versions in the cloud for old versions of devices last year . Customers who want to use the new version can download it from the official website and upgrade it manually. The design of the solution based on this issue has been completed internally, and the cloud version push of EW will be implemented in the next few weeks.
