Dear Team.
My office is using the AP720-L. I am a new IT staff member. Previously, the company hired a third-party vendor to deploy the Wi-Fi system. Now, I can no longer contact them, and I do not have access to the cloud account used to manage the AP devices. I would like to manage the APs using a new account. Please guide me through the steps to do this.

You can refer to this link to unbind the device from old account:https://community.ruijienetworks.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=2008&extra=page%3D1If still not working, you can contact us via RITA:RITA Robot/Live Chat: www.ruijienetworks.com/rita , then our engineer will help you to unbind the AP.
