Good evening, I would like to report that the Rujie cloud system has been having a hard time downloading data to Excel for the past few days, including voucher data. Previously, the download preparation process was displayed on the monitor so that the waiting time was clear, but now it is no longer displayed, sometimes it can be done, sometimes it can't. The worst thing is that the file download is made up of 3 to 9 of the same files. Please fix the system. |
