160mhz cannot be enabled on AP 840-L devices on ruijicloud webpage

In the new Ruijie cloud web interface, device config, radio tab, 160mhz is not visible at all. When I open the old design, 160mhz is displayed, but when I select it and return to the new web interface, it says not supported. I can get a maximum speed of 200 mpbs on wifi from the Ruijie AP840-L devices I connect. Can you help? |

Hi sir, Is your country code Turkey? If so, change the 5G channel to 36 or 100. Only these two channels support 160Mhz. If your speed test is not ideal, you can use this post to troubleshoot:https://community.ruijienetworks.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=7733&extra=page%3D1 Best regards, Steve |
