divice goes off line automatic , with out any reason

Hi, Since we had purchased these devices online and we are happy with the product. every alternative day one of any device goes off. can you advise us what would be the problem??? regards Ghanshyam D. hostal las flores |

Dear sir, Good day. Do you mean devices offline from the Reijie Cloud? If so you may try change the device DNS to 8.8.8.8 and see if it got improved. Best regards, TAC |
