Arp table is not correct

When I look at "show arp" or "sh arp count", I see the missing nodes.
The 14 ports of the switch are active.
There are 3 devices in the table.
What would be the reason?

Hi sir，

If this switch only learn three ip and mac information. It will only three arp entry on ARP table
