How to access your company local data from the internet through Ruijie Cloud Tunnel.
With Ruijie/ Reyee gateway, Reyee AP devices, you can easily temporary open (NAT) port for your service with below steps.
Make sure you have a Ruijie/ Reyee gateway in your network system.
Step 1: Login to your Ruije cloudStep 2: On Dashboard select Monitoring tab -> DEVICE -> Gateway -> Click to Gateway Serial number to enter device detail page.

Step 3: Click Tunnel under Device Config.

Step 4: Create Tunnel -> Type: Custom -> Input your destination device IP address (such as NVR IP, FTP server IP, Webserver IP...) and Destination port -> Click Create Tunnel, waiting for few seconds.

For example: I'm going to create a Telnet Tunnel for my device with IP and destination port as above picture.

Step 5: Click Go in Action column, then you can see the Tunnel information.

- Now, you can using third party software such as Putty to access your device with above information.
You can Disable and re-open this Tunnel any time by click Disable or Re-create button in Action column.
Hope this tip help you.
