Dear Sir If you want the device online on cloud, should make sure the device can access the internet first. However, there is no guarantee that the cloud can support all devices to go to the cloud. You can find the devices that can go to the cloud from the cloud device support list. http://cloud-eu.ruijienetworks.c ... p__Supported_Models  Regarding this model, RG-S2910-24GT4XS-UP-H(V3.0) not in the support device list. I helped you confirm on the device datasheet that it supports cloud managament. In this case, you need to confirm whether the panel information displayed on the cloud is incorrect when the device is online.  Best regards Evan |
