Original

How to close the LED indicator of the AP?

(1)  Define a schedule session.

Ruijie(config)#schedule session 1

Ruijie(config)#schedule session 1 time-range 1 period Sun to Sat time 12:00 to 11:59

Ruijie(config)#schedule session 1 time-range 2 period Sun to Sat time 11:59 to 12:00

(2) Apply the schedule session on the AP

If fit mode:

AC(config)#ap-config ap-name

AC(config-ap)#quiet-mode session 1

If MACC or Fat mode:

AP(config)#quiet-mode session 1

This will turn ALL AP's indicator LEDs ON/OFF? Is there anyway to turn only some AP's LED off (for some rooms) but leave the rest on?
Also is there a way to just turn off the LED if its green (normal operation-no alarm scenario) can it still show error indicators if there is a problem? just checking

Dear sir/ma'am,

The commands above are used to turn a single AP's LED off.
If AP in fit mode, you can enter the commands on AC and you can enter the command AC(config)#ap-config ap-name to configure the specific AP based on its hostname.
If AP in fat mode, you can enter the command AP(config)#quiet-mode session 1 on the device CLI to turn its LED off.

Unfortunately we cannot configure the AP to turn off LED based on its status.

Best regards,
Jayden

ok no problem. I just checking its capability. I'll just turn it off and monitor via the control panel (or app alerts) if anything goes wrong. no issue.
just checking through the phone app i can only turn ALL APs LED ON/OFF? i don't see an option to do individual.
I need to use the above method if i want to do individual?

Dear sir/ma'am,

Dear sir/ma'am,

Please kindly note the AP Indicator Light function on Ruijie Reyee App is to control the LED status of wireless devices on the SON network and it applies to all the Reyee APs in the project.
The commands in this post are to be entered on Ruijie Enterprise APs CLI to turn their LED off.

Best regards,
Jayden

Okay, so these same commands cannot be applied to Reyee APs? I saw that there is a [Web CLI] for my individual APs.

Dear sir/ma'am,

Reyee APs do not support CLI to input commands, but the Web CLI can be used to display the configuration currently running on the AP in command line format.

Best regards
Jayden
