IPSec Encryption Is Configured for the virtual-temp Interface of a LNS. IPSec Negotiation Is Triggered After Successful Client Dial-up but the LNS Displays a Prompt Indicating No IPSec Mapping Negotiation. |
[Operation Steps] The IPSec encryption is configured on the virtual-temp interface after the client dial-up is successful. [Fault Cause] After the client dial-up is successful, one virtual-access interface is generated on the LNS. This interface is used for interworking with the client and its configuration is inherited from the configuration of the virtual-temp interface upon successful dial-up. IPSec encryption has not been configured during client dial-up.Therefore, the configuration of the virtual-access interface does not contain IPSec encryption. As a result, the preceding fault occurs. [Solution] Make the client go offline and then perform dial-up again. Then, a virtual-access interface will be generated and the interface configuration will be loaded from the configuration of the virtual-temp interface. |
