Ew-3200 diagnose issue - 1 issue

Hi I am using ew-3200 mesh router , I tried use diagnose in ruijie app to check if had problems, I noticed a problem, any to help on solving this ? |

GTAC-Jenny replied at 2022-6-15 14:48 Hi earlier I am using asus Wi-Fi 5 3200 without problem. I buy wifi 6 ruijie 3200 thinking could be better I face some problem. I use setup box to watch movie and drama. With ruijie, the drama seem show then black out then show back then again being black out throughout the show. On hp app, with ruijie wifi on, 1 app being block , once I use my hp 4g , app able to start . Wifi speed looks ok but this ruijie appear being disable once by itself. Means no wifi out. I use factory reset to correct back this problem. Ruijie customer Svc told me could be I using English app and ruijie app can’t brows ack n appear this problem. Asking me change hp language to Chinese I am thinking change bk my old ASUs |

With ruijie wifi, I had 1 app being block on my hand phone app. Once I use my hand phone 4g, the app I am able to use Wifi speed seems ok but there are also once the wifi disable it’s wifi signal. Ruijie Techincal ask me do factory reset . Once reset the router back to normal. Telling me could be I using English language Hp, suggest I change language to Chinese. I start to think change bk my old router |

Hi my problem is 1. I use setup box watch show drama. With this wifi the show show a few min n black out then show on back showing then black out few sec. Throughout show this way |

My number is 97681249. dun throw it away if you really decided to switch back to Asus, you can always give it to me lol My Starhub 1Gbps speedtest results on my Wi-Fi 6 phone for 3200GX Pro is 900Mbps + at the rate of 1200Mbps. I suspect what you encountered is some other problems. I have deployed about 100+ of 3200GX Pro from HDB to multi story bungalows and many commercial buildings, including restaurants and logistics warehouse. This model is a great product! |
