Network switch issue.

I have a switch model: XS-S1920-26GT2SFP-P-E It works fine in local, but why it showing me "offline" in Cloud ?? Does anyone know how to solve it?? |

Now the switch is working, LED showing blinking, all connected PC can link to internet.  but it triggers offline alarm from the cloud (previously running fine all the way.), i can't use the ip to login. please help !! Due to i can't find a console cable to connect to the switch, and really don't know what happens. But the switch is back to normal (Online) yesterday.  speakless...  |
