Network switch issue.

I have a switch model: XS-S1920-26GT2SFP-P-E


It works fine in local, but why it showing me "offline" in Cloud
??

Does anyone know how to solve it??

You may local login the web CLI of switch on its eweb page or console CLI by using console line.

Can show me more detail on how to login to the switch?
Now the switch is working, LED showing blinking, all connected PC can link to internet.


but it triggers offline alarm from the cloud (previously running fine all the way.), i can't use the ip to login.
please help !!

Due to i can't find a console cable to connect to the switch, and really don't know what happens.
But the switch is back to normal (Online) yesterday.
