1.May I know what is the PD device connect to the switch? Is our AP?
2.Have you try reset the switch? And login to the switch web page to check the poe enable or disable on those ports.
3.If after reset, and the poe status of the ports are enable, you may open a ticket on our case portal (https://caseportal.ruijienetworks.com) .
