Reyee Network Switches firmware Update

Good day, After updating all my clients network switches to the latest firmware ESW_1.0(1)B1P20,Release(09201814) I noticed that the fans on the switches run continuously . I'm almost sure it didn't do that on the older software. My question, is this normal and intended with the new firmware? Thank you |

Edited by Patrick at 2022-9-20 10:06 Dear Sir/Madam, As confirmed with our R&D that it is normal that our fan always work in the latest version. The new fan has a higher speed, better heat dissipation and longer life than the original fan. Although the sound is louder, this is normal.
