Hi 1. Does the problem occur when the user is on the move or does the problem occur when the signal strength is strong? 2. Does the WIFI disconnect or is the wifi still connected but no Internet access? 3. Does this problem occur for all users? Or only for some specific users? 4. Is the device AP820L V2? But most user seem to say it has wifi but no internet. 3. We do not have full info yet but a few specific location/users are complaining intermittent disconnection/no internet issue more often than others. 4.
