(1) Your usage experience or suggestions for new features of the Solution? #Experience using menus and settings from Ruijie, it really makes it easier for me to do configurations quickly #Hope there is a new feature to display weekly, monthly and yearly periodic data for unique connected users (same mac address). Currently there is only daily data to view the user's unique connected devices, while weekly and monthly data are calculated differently from daily data. Currently the data charged displays an accumulated calculation of how many users are connected (login and logout) in 1 period which is different from daily data. For example, I have a client that only has 10 devices. So the maximum connected device is 10. But in weekly data, in 1 day it can exceed 10 devices, can be 15 connections, can be 20 connections and even more. It gets ambiguous. It should still not exceed the maximum data of connected devices with the same mac address. (2) What feature do you like the most? SON (3) What other features would you like to implement in your next solution? So far I had just purchased 2 RAP2260(G) for my own use at home. The setup was really easy and fast. With the new mesh function supported, it makes setup easier by not having to run additional wiring. The setup of the mesh was also very easy and so far had been very stable. The best thing I like is how easy it is to config the network, and setting up the mesh. Also that it is possible to eWeb into the individual devices even when the gateway is from third party. One possible improvement could be enabling the change of device IP address via the app instead of having the eWeb into the individual device to do it. Below is my network topology  Soon, the rest of my network will be slowly changed to have a full suite of Reyee device. |

Hi all customers, Many of you may meet the same issues as below: 1. CCTV / Wi-Fi / IP Phone / Computer , many different devices and services , need to configure multi-VLANs; 2. Want to setup a good network for customer , but DHCP / VLAN configuration is too complex; 3. No idea how many VLANs in my network, and how it works ? 4. With being cloud managed it makes the system perfect for when you travel and there is connection issues that user error mostly pops up. Data usage per user would be an advantage as per speed usage on that aswell. A seperate lockout to torrent sites in the firewall would be a great help for office too on all hardware     Text |

Have only used wall & ceiling mounted APs and as well as the socket box mounted APs with 4 lan ports. Would really like to know more about the mesh features on the devices. |

Hi, I have just started using your products, I really love the simplicity of setting up devices, I will be looking to expand in the future. The switches, ap's and wireless bridges are great in my line of work (security installations). It would be great to be notified via the app when a device goes offline without having to manually check. I also have a little delay in the App when connecting to wireless bridges, hopefully just a firmware upgrade. Next I want to try out the VPN routers and their features. Thanks again.    |
