Issues adding RG-ES209GC-P to the cloud

Hi Team, For some reason i'm having issues adding a RG-ES209GC-P to the cloud. What's weird is i have 3x RG-AP720-L plugged in to this switch and they added fine. Only the switch wont add. I have tried upgrading, deleting and readding, adding to a different project, changing management password. Not sure what else to try. Thanks |
