RAP2200(E) Network Problem

Hello, I have 8 ruijie RAP2200(E) models, but 4 of these devices appear to be active and normally they are fixed ip, I am trying to edit, the system does not allow login, although I know my password correctly, all devices are currently connected to my cloud. |
