Hi

Since last update i have had this weird looking graph.
i know for a fact that there is no time a day where there is 0 devices connected, this worked fine on last patch.
Device: EG210G-P -

My gateway is: EG210G-P

My AP is: RAP2260(G)

i mean when the graph is low (the red spots on the picture), that means there were 0 clients connected when the gateway made the point on the graph.
i know for a fact that i never have 0 clients connected at any point.
why does the graph then show 0 devices connected?

2. Also, could you give me a specific time when there are users connected but showing 0 on Cloud for checking?
3. "this worked fine on last patch", --- the last patch, is it the update of EG210G-P or RAP2260G or Ruijie Cloud?

i can see on other screenshots on this forum that i am not the only one with a funny looking graph.

i know for a fact that my TV is active at all time, so there is never 0 devices online, plus there is a phone and a ipad that work from home.

it happend on last EG210G-P update.
