Hii there... can RG-EG209GS remove my ISP's modem ont? RG-EG209GS have SFP... can i put directly my isp's fiber optic cable to RG-EG209GS? so i do not need ont modem from ISP anymore... Thx |

Do you mean replace your ISP modem with EG209GS ? If so, then can not support. Possible reasons are as follows： 1. the ONT is an ISP's device and may be registered to the ISP's system, similar to a binding. 2. the main role of the ONT is to carry out modulation and demodulation, a function that other routers do not have. 3. Our Reyee Router is not modem device. |
