Unable to connect to AP on GEPon Network

Hi,
I have connected 1 of my APs -model RG-AP 130(W) wall mount AP, to my Gateway model- EG3250 through GEpon network. Although all the configuration (i.e. SSID, password etc.) information gets transmitted to the AP, I am unable to connect any of my client devices to that AP.
But on other APs of the same model, which are connected to the router directly by LAN cable, I am able to connect my client devices.
Strangely, 1 client device, which I connected to the LAN port of AP130 is able to connect to the internet.

Any idea what could be causing the problem?
Thanks,
Ankit

Hello,
Apologies for the late reply. Yes, the SSID shows when searching on any android or apple device. But when I enter the password, it accepts the password and then shows connecting. But after a few seconds, it is unable to connect.
The device connected to the LAN port of the RG-AP 130(W) is a fingerprint reader and when I search on the network, I can connect to the device and download data from that device.
Does this information help?
Thanks,
Ankit

Dear Ankit,

Thanks for your kind reply.

The current fault phenomenon is that there is no problem with the wired port, but the network will be disconnected within a few seconds after the wireless connection, right? How far is the user from the AP? Will this problem occur to all users? Could you please send me the AP configuration and fault phenomenon recording screen? Could you tell me the network topology?

Best regards,
Steve
