Ruijie AP820-L(V3) connected to AC WS6008 slow internet speed

Please help me diagnose the issue on our network.
We are using a Wireless Lan Controller WS6008 connected to the S5310-48GT4XS-P-E. T
he APs are connected to the same switch. We constantly received average of >100Mbps from our 5G-compatible devices.

The same port if we connect to a Cisco Meraki device, this access point will broadcast speeds of around 280Mbps.
Why the difference? All the rate limits and configuration are on default, port interface is in Full-Duplex.

Dear sir

Your topology seems like this, right?

This is our network layout
There are no speed restrictions in the fortigate firewall.
If we are connected to the ethernet port of the switch we get around 500-700Mbps speeds and >10ms latency.
Only if the devices are connected to the Wi-Fi that the connection is getting worse, during teams and zoom calls, the latency is so but that the video feed gets pixelated and sometimes we got dropped calls.
The speeds for 2.4Ghz average to around 40Mbps and in 5Ghz it is around 90-120Mbps. Latency around 20 to 40ms
RSSI is around -40 to -60dBm in 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz even if we are right under the AP.

Following this thread, for encountering almost same case scenario regarding dropping zoom calls and slow internet when connected to APs.

Thanks

Can you check the speed of the switch ports that are connected to AP's that cannot exceed 100M?

Command: show int sta
Some ports have the speed set at 100M only, thus the AP speed cannot exceed 100M, It's advised to replace the cable and double check if the speed can negotiate as 1000M and test Wi-Fi speed again
