Hello there , One of my projects from the cloud is not synching with Router app - when I try to recreate same project, with same hardware it tells me that project with same name exists. Any ideas on how to solve this? |

GTAC-Steve replied at 2023-6-26 15:31 It seems that emails are not going through to you for some reason. Have a look, under same profile, Router App shows 3 projects, Reyee Cloud shows 4 (which is correct number). |
Hi sir, sorry for my late reply. Where did you create the project? Could you please try ruijie cloud APP and add it again after deleting this project? |
GTAC-Steve replied at 2023-6-27 09:21 Hi there, Project was created in my office. Deleting the project is NOT ideal solution, issue is that is does not sync on YOUR end, between Cloud and Router apps. |
