Hi guys, i have a 1960 series switch, after power loss on site cannot reach the switch. Status led keeps blinking and could not connect via serial or with consol cable. Is it broken ? |

If your switch system led indicator is in blinking green status and even can't login to the switch via console cable. It may be hardware failure. Please create RMA case on the caseportal and attach the corresponding video of the issue so that our hardware engineer can help further confirm whether we can do RMA process for this device.
