Dear Tamizharasan Ganesan, May I please know what the current firmware version is running on the switch? If not the latest, could you please upgrade to the latest version which you can download in the following link: https://www.ruijienetworks.com/support/documents/slide_77575 After upgrading to the latest firmware version, you may also try resetting the device if the port LED is still on. If the issue persists after resetting, could you please help provide the SN of the device and a video of the issue phenomenon by emailing service_rj@ruijienetworks.com and including Case ID CS20230702-2039377 in the subject line.
