Step1: Check that the network cable is properlyconnected to the WAN port of the device and the corresponding LED indicatorblinks or is steady on. Step2: Check whether the PPPoE correspondingconfiguration (including dialing parameters, username and password) is correct. Step3: Check whether the interface MTU configuration is correct. The mtu value of the pppoe client needs to be 1492 or less.  Step4: Replace PC directly connect to the ISP tocheck whether it can dial up normally.If PC also fails to dial up, pleasecontact the ISP to solve this issue. Step5: If the PC can dial up normally, you can try to modify the mac address of the dial-up interface to the mac address of the PC network adapter to test whether it is normal. Step 6  |
