why do I use DDNS from ruijie sometimes the IP is unreadable and has to be restarted and then normal, in a week it can happen 2 times unit type : RG-EG310GH-P-E |

Hi Aditya, Could you help describe the topology of your network？The EG310GH has a public ip and is connected to the isp modem? Dear sir Sorry for not solving your issue efficiently. May I know how long time does it take to sync the correct WAN IP? Whether every time this issue happens, you always need to restart the device to solve it? Could you help share with me your network to my email: yujiamin1@ruijie.com.cn to further check this issue.
