ES209GC-P always show wrong information

Hello, We have 2 ES209GC-P switch in our network. This 2 switch always show wrong information. Example, switch level 5 will show switch level 9 status. & sometime vice versa. we also can see the MAC address status is same for both switch in overview but in details shows the correct switch MAC address. Because of this issue i can see our wifi connection alway get interuption. Also, our topology that we have draw alway missing even we have darw new one. We experience this issue starting ruijie cloud upgrade. Really appreciate if you can solve this issue ASAP. Thanks. |
