Network IP: 192.168.11.xxx Printer: Canon iR-ADV C3330 (using Scan and Send function) WiFi Devices: D-Link (x1) Ruijie AP820-L(V2) x3, Ruijie AP820-L(V3) x1 Both WiFi devices connected in same network 192.168.11.xxx, in a same Network Profile with File and printer sharing enaled. Working: D-Link, scanned document successfully deliver to user PC Not Working: Ruijie (x4), scanned document failed to deliver to user PC Please advise what issue/configuration miss out. |
Dear sir You can enable MDNS forwarding function on Ruijie then test again, here is the command: Ruijie(config)# data-plane close-mdns-filter enable Best regards Jenny |
