Voucher roaming over multiple projects

Hi I have 2 active projects running, each with its own captive portal and Gateway. If there a way for me to allow voucher users to roam between different networks or for me to link all project together to enable that? These networks are about 30 KM's away from each other so theres no way to physically, or wirelessly link them together. |
