How to cancel 15 minutes locked due to an incorrect password on Ruijie Switch(with 12.x version)?

If the password of the 12.X version is incorrectly inputed, the account will be locked for 15 minutes. To disable the account locked, run the following command:

Ruijie(config)#enable user-block disable
