POE switch could not add to cloud

Edited by ko lin at 2023-8-20 20:47 Dear All, We have problems in POE switch add to cloud console automatically. The model is RG ES218GC -P. How to add to cloud console by manually.? We added by device serial number. But it's not yet oneline. How to solve this issue? |
