Hello we have installed RAP2260(G) and user is experiencing wifi drop or disconnect, simply no internet connection. We have optimized the access point as well but still issue exist. We have to reboot the access point to get the internet connection back again. Kindly help. Regards, |

If the user is disconnected, can user obtain the IP address? >If the IP address can be obtained, can ping 8.8.8.8 and ping gateway address successfully? >If you can't get the address, can you tell me where the DHCP server is and share the configuration with me? 2. Regular user all have this problem some are working some are not. Get connected and disconnected again and again. |
