Has anyone been able to add devices in Ruijie cloud using starlink as your internet provider?

May I as your device model pls? What is your current issue?

Very good days!
The device does not connect online to Ruijie Cloud using starlink, but using another internet provider such as CLARO it immediately connects online to Ruijie Cloud.
