Hello, I am experiencing an issue with the switch, displaying an "local.warn" in the System Logs. The error message: "%Port-4: Gi32 hardware may be incorrect. Please contact a hardware engineer check it" I have attempted to reset the switch, but the message persists, and the ports from 17 to 32 still malfunction. Please provide me with guidance on how to proceed. Here are the device details: Hardware Version:1.50 Device Model: NBS3200-48GT4XS-P Current Version: ReyeeOS 2.230.0.2008 Thank you. |
Hi dear: Can you help me to know if this issue happened before or after the upgrade process? it was working fine before? can you help me to know what malfunction ports from 17 to 32 present please? Regards, Javier |
GTAC--Javier replied at 2023-9-15 02:22 Dear Mr.Javier, Thank you for getting back to me. I appreciate it. Concerning your questions, I don't know if any operations were by switch carried out then, but this configuration was enabled (STP - LLDP - RLDP). The NBS3200-48GT4XS-P was working well before, and The issue occurred yesterday after we rebooted AP - RAP2200(E) in the network. The malfunction is that no LED blinking or network is coming, just PoE. The ports enabled from 17 to 32 with Full-Duplex/10M. Still, when I make a configuration in the settings, it shows me an error: "Failed to configure the port." and shows me an error in Diagnostics > Info Center: "Failed to fetch the port attribute." and in Diagnostics > System log: "%Port-4: hardware may be incorrect. Please contact a hardware engineer check it" Regards, Ala Bakhamis |
