We made 2 type of voucherType1: single code single mobileType2: single code 2 mobileEven a type 1 voucher is connecting 3 4 devices and type 2 also connecting 3 4 devices . What setting are missing so it can only connect specified number of devices. Looking forward for your help to solve this issue. |
Hello, Here in the user management you can set concurrent devices number, plz check the user group your voucher are using. |
