Dear sir
May I know how long the LED been red?
If it blinking red for a long time, that means network cable is not connected, need to check the network cable or replace another network cable for it

You can also try to login to the AP through this link and check current work mode of the AP,if you want to add this device to the Cloud, needs to change to MACC mode
