I have opened a captive portal, and it is showing me failed to find the network, so kindly resolve my issue?

Dear sir

May I know did you select AP and SSID to create a portal?

2.May I know there is Reyee EG on the same network?Reyee EG and Reyee AP can not enable the portal at the same time
3.If only Reyee AP on the network,  but it still show failed to connect, it will need to delete the original portal then create a new one

Dear sir

Have you tried to delete the portal and create portal again?
then forget the wifi on the phone, connect the new portal again
If issue still remain, please share the network with us via this email
