How to test AI roaming?

After I enabled the AI roaming function on cloud, I tried walking using different device between AP. The STA can roam from one AP to another, but the cloud platform keep showing nothing on the AI roaming page and no log is display.

I am using 2 x RAP73HD and firmware version is 1.240.2126.
Besides, any manual for the AI roaming function such as how to read the information on the Overview page, i see there are lots of useful information but not sure what is it indicate for.

Sorry we don't has the manual to explain this. Current we only has configuration guide:

May I know which part you want to know? You can take a screenshot or point it out to me so I can explain it to you.

You can click "more details" to check:

then you can see roaming trend and user roaming experience


then you can click view details, you will get this page. If you need to check more details, you can continue click details.


then you can check log details. If you still need more information, you can turn on expert mode to check.


For second question "no AI roaming information", it is possible that the user is roaming with K/V roaming, so the AI roaming did not detect the information
