how to prevent devices to access internet but not local network

Hi! I want to block some devices to access internet as same time I want to continuity of the lan access on these devices. How can I do this. Thank you! |

Dear, May I know the topology first? We can add ACL to preventing then from accessing 8.8.8.8. |
