Edited by Oscar at 2018-7-5 15:58 Step 1: Prepare one console cable and install Putty software on your laptop. Step 2: Connect your laptop to RG-WS6008's console port with console cable. Step 3: Open Putty, select corresponding serial line shown on your PC and change the Speed to 9600 
Step 4: Configure an IP address for controller and enable EWEB service by following command. Ruijie>enable Ruijie#configure terminal Ruijie(config)#enable service web-server ---->Enable EWEB service Ruijie(config)#interface vlan 1 Ruijie(config-if-vlan 1)#ip address 192.168.110.1 255.255.255.0 Ruijie(config-if-vlan 1)#exit Ruijie(config)#webmaster level 0 username admin password 123456 ---->create account admin/123456 for WEB login Ruijie(config)#end Ruijie#wr ---->Save the configuration Step 5: Configure the PC with the same network segment IP (such as 192.168.110.2, the mask is 255.255.255.0), and connect your PC ethernet port to controller. After that, you can log in http://192.168.110.1 through the browser. |
