How to configure captive portal for Reyee AP?

1.Before configuring, please make sure that your Reyee AP can support captive porta and online on Ruijie Cloud. Only Reyee APs that support Wi-Fi 6 and version 219 or later can support captive portal. you can check whether Wi-Fi 6
is supported according to the device's datasheet.

2.Click 'Project'->'Auth &Account'->'Captive portal' to create a captive portal policy

Policy name: custom
Policy mode: Reyee AP needs to select 'inner '.
Authentication Device: Select AP
SSID: Select the SSID you need to enable the captive portal
Seamless Online: If the user has already authenticated once and successfully, there is no need to authenticate again within this time
Portal Escape: When the AP and portal server are unreachable, the user's traffic will be automatically released.

3. Click 'Add Page' to create a new portal template



You can choose the authentication method and edit the image and font size of the portal page, etc



Note:
(1) Captive portal andL3 roaming cannot be enabled at the same time.
(2) If there are both WiFi6 and WiFi-5 APs in the network environment, if the user is connected to the WiFi5 (cannot support captive portal) AP, the user will directly surf the Internet.
(3) The captive portal of Reyee AP cannot be enabled at the same time as the EG
